The CAQC program is a quality assurance initiative designed to review and identify courseware products that specifically support CompTIA certifications with a high level of quality and 100 percent correlation to the exams. This program applies to all CompTIA certification programs. CompTIA Learning Alliance (CLA) members are required to use CAQC courseware exclusively. ProCert Labs is the official authorized quality review laboratory for CompTIA and approves CAQC products and assigns the CAQC logo to courseware that meets CompTIA's rigid standards of quality. ProCert Labs specifically reviews CAQC candidates for the following: 1. Content covers all applicable CompTIA exam objectives considered current by CompTIA on the date the product is submitted for review; 2. Content contains at least one interactive element, such as review questions, exercises, quizzes, or labs; 3. Content engages multiple learning styles, including at least one of the following: drawings, photographs, diagrams, or exercises, so as to reach multiple learning styles such as the visual learner, the hands-on learner, etc.; 4. Content includes customer satisfaction components including the following:
